TOWN OF MILLSTON BOARD MEETING MINUTES
3-11-2020
The Town of Millston Board members met on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the Community Center. Meeting called to order by Dan at 6:30. Board Members present: Dan Smrekar, Chairman, Dawn Wojtyla, Clerk, George Riedel, Supervisor 1, Mike Yahn, Supervisor 2, Mary Ann Wojtyla, Treasurer.
Minutes from 2-12-2020 were reviewed, Motion to approve previous minutes made by George, seconded by Mike. Motion carried.

CLERKS REPORT
Check number 16857 thru 16883 with 2 EFT for a total of $104,856.76.
Tax Payments received by Millston paid to the following:
Jackson County Treasurer $32,635.22
BRF School District $45,983.29
Western Wisconsin Technical College $7,405.77
Fireworks Permit for July 3rd, 2020 was signed.
Spring Cleaning for Millston will be April 8th thru 24th, 2020.
Motion to accept clerk’s report made by George, seconded by Mike. Motion carried.
OPERATOR/LIQUOR LICENSES

MUSEUM INSURANCE
Motion by George, seconded by Mike to pay the museums premium for $25,000.00 additional coverage, however if they want further coverage over $25,000.00 then that will be the responsibility of the museum to pay.
KARNER BLUE BUTTERFLY AGREEMENT
TABLED UNTIL NEXT MEETING.
DNR BURNING PERMITS
TABLED UNTIL NEXT MEETING
COUNTY O BRIDGE CLOSURE
Robinson Creek Bridge P-27-0915 /B-27-0173 on CTH O will be replaced in 2021. The project is to begin approximately April 13, 2021 with an approximate completion date of September 1, 2021. Road will be CLOSED during construction. No detour will be signed.
UPDATE TOWN/CHURCH PROPERTY SURVEY
The Town of Millston will have the survey done from CTH O to the other side of the Millston Union Church.
TREASURERS REPORT
Mary Ann reported checking account balance as of 2-29-20 is $305,050.73 with ending cleared check #16868
Motion to accept treasurer’s report made by George, seconded by Mike. Motion carried.
ROADS/DAVIDS REPORT
Mike went over Dave's report, shop and winter projects. Motion by George, seconded by Mike to approve the Emissions Estimate for the F450.00. Motion carried.


Mail/Vouchers reviewed and signed. Motion to Adjourn made by George, seconded by Mike.
